To create the crafted item itself, one would need to buy a Crafting Vessel at shop, and place the listed items into the Crafting Vessel.
To attempt creation of the crafted item, use Gold to buy a Crafting Vessel at the City Shop. Then, drag and drop items into the Crafting Vessel.
