Necklace crafting is not a skill like Long Sword and other known skills. It is not something that you can train to improve the chance of being successful.
Crafting is where you have chance of item creation by mixing others
Crafting is a method where you have a chance of creating a superior item by blending a mixture of different items.
Below is a table of which items are required to create which superior item.

To create, get Crafting Vessel at City Shop
To create the crafted item itself, one would need to buy a Crafting Vessel at shop, and place the listed items into the Crafting Vessel.


NOTE:  
Then, drag and drop items into Crafting Vessel
If you fail, all Merien stones are destroyed, and other items might have a chance of being destroyed. This doesn't include the crafting where Merien Stones are not used. Additionally, the crafting of Necklaces and Socket Gems costs 10 Contribution points.
